We offer a 61-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of each product.

  • If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return it opened or unopened within 61 days of receiving your order for a full refund (excluding shipping).
  • This applies once per product per customer.

Return Process

To start a return, please email hello@esteemstrong.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return (optional, but appreciated)
  • Photos (if product is damaged, defective, or incorrect)

Once approved, our support team will provide return instructions and the return address.

  • Australia: Esteem Returns Department, PO Box 160, Caloundra, 4551, QLD
  • Outside of Australia: Our customer support team will provide you the address upon initiation of return.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless:

  • The product was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped.
  • You purchased Shipping Protection, and your claim is approved for loss or damage in transit.

We recommend using a trackable return method. Refunds cannot be processed for items lost in transit.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

If something arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately at hello@esteemstrong.com with photos and your order number.

We’ll investigate and, if we’re at fault or the carrier caused damage, we’ll send a replacement promptly.

Please note: Refunds are not issued in these cases — replacements will be provided.

Shipping Protection

If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, your order is covered against loss, damage, or theft during transit. Coverage applies until the order is marked as Delivered by the carrier.

  • “Delivered” orders are not eligible for replacement or refund under this protection.
  • Claims for lost or damaged packages must be submitted within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
  • For claims, please email hello@esteemstrong.com with your order number and tracking details.

Samples & Gifts with Purchase

Samples or promotional gifts cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Refund Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Banks and payment processors may take additional time to complete the transaction.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact hello@esteemstrong.com.

Discount & Coupon Code Usage

Discount or coupon codes must be applied at the time of purchase. Refunds will not be issued after checkout for missed codes.
